Simple without the Frills... June 27, 2011
This slide-in range met out needs. We were not looking for any range used by Chef's, but something simple and econimical within our means. Obviously there are better models, but if it simplicity you are looking for, this range is for you. I would recommend it for the budget minded household.

We have had this oven for about 9 months. A couple of months after purchasing the oven stopped working. It is the thermostat that was burned out by using higher temps in the oven--broil. It was fixed and the repair people said there was a problem with the thermostat burning out on higher temps. We used the oven for about 3 days in a row--just before Thanksgiving and today on Thanksgiving the oven stopped working. The burners work but the oven doesn't. I would not buy this oven. In fact I have had bad dealings with Sears and I will never buy another product from Sears again--don't care how good the price. Do not buy this oven--you will be buying a headache.
