LPG/Propane conversion was simple. Wife is pleased with how well this cooks compared to old cooktop this unit replaced. While cooking on a back burner wife accidentaly placed hand on front burner grill and was surprised to not be burned for the error. I am looking forward to more great meals from this easy to clean cooktop.

I love the cooktop, the stainless steel bottom (easy to clean) and the big huge burner in the middle, which cooks big things much faster. Only little disadvantage of this burner is that you have to keep the pilot pressed for several seconds or the flame goes out (once it has warmed up well the flame stays on). But I guess you can get used to that.

I've had several cooktops. But this Bosch is the best. Powerful, handsome, the easiest ever to clean--a top consideration: the 3 grates easily lift off to wipe everything clean. But its striking looks, varied heat burners and great center soup pot or wok+ burner allows for many different cooking needs. I also have simplified things and added space to my small kitchen by using the sturdy grates as a perfect perch for any stuff pulled out of the oven. No searching for a clear or safe space on my counter. Whatever the heat, nothing bothers it and it's great to cool things down on. And after I wash pots & pans, give them a quick shake, I set them face down on the grates to quickly dry. My two sons will each get one.

I've had this cooktop for a year and sometimes wish I got one with higher BTUs. There are a couple of burners with the high BTUs, but most are so weak. I don't consider myself someone who cooks alot and thought I could do with less, but.... The great thing about this cooktop is it's very easy to clean. Just lift up the grills and wipe it down with some soap and water.
