    The new wall oven takes up less wall space, and is lower than the previous oven, shich is great, because I'm short. It heats quickly, and as it heats its digital read-out tells me its current temperature. I love that both ovens are self-cleaning.

    Bought this oven a year ago. Convection doesn't work as well as had hoped. Glad it has the option of not using. Oven has little knicks on the sides. For what we paid for this oven, it should not have blemishes and convection feature should work with no problems!

    If it weren't for the maintenance issues, the oven would get 5 stars. When it is functioning properly, it heats up quickly, the convection feature is fairly quiet, and it produces copious amounts of delicious food. Having a double oven around the holidays is fantastic. The downside: the convection fans are not reliable. We have had our unit for 4 years, and we have had to use our warranty service 3 times. They will be out again in the next few weeks for the same issue, so make that 4 times in 4 years. The problem is the convection fans fail. Especially if the self-cleaning feature is used. That just seems to kill the fans. The cleaning cycle is not used as often as we would like because we are tired of making service appointments. We also have a Kenmore elite refrigerator and it too is a wonderful product marred by poor reliability. I read similar complaints about high end appliances from Sub Zero and others, so I guess Sears isn't the only company with reliability issues. If you get this oven, be sure to buy and renew the extended warranty.
