    The Kenmore Combination Wall Oven 4885 is beautiful. April 29, 2011

    The unit is beautiful and installed quickly. I did notice that the microwave is 1100 w and not 1200. The microwave door sticks. We used the spray, and that helped me, but my husband can never open it. A handle with a release would have been so much better. It takes my oven 10 minutes to pre-heat to 350 deg. The oven fan is not loud at all, and my fan turns off as soon as I turn off my oven. I haven't had it for long, but I really like it so far.

    Looks good but very noisy September 22, 2010

    We were looking for a good quality over to replace our 10 year old GE profile and choose this Kenmore combination oven as it matched our other appliances and had the microwave built in. The oven heats very evenly but it takes a long time to preheat and the oven fan is a nuisance. The fan, which is fairly noisy, runs the entire time the oven is in operation at any temperature and it runs for 45 minutes to an hour after the oven is turned off. I live in Arizona so the heat being thrown off the oven is a real consideration. I also find the control panel of the microwave has extremely small type which is hard to read.

    We bought these products and are happy with both. The oven is slow to get to temperature which at times is annoying but its works great and the microwave has been very good.

    Microwave goes out and so me and my wife had decided to replace the wall unit. First thing that pops in our minds..."sears" and " kenmore". These two names have been so good to us over the ten years that we have been buying for our houses.The unit was a perfect fit and looks so much better than the old one. It really runs so smooth and is very roomy inside. Everyone hangs out in the kitchen so what better way to maximize your appeal too.

    Our microwave combination oven of 24 years went out on us in the middle of baking cookies. When researching different models for a replacement, there were many negative reviews on particular brands and models and very few positive reviews. We trusted the name Kenmore and with the help of a sales person we were able to choose a model that fir our needs. Installation was the next day and the installers did a good job. Have had no problems using this new oven and are still exploring it's many features. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the clock numbers are rather small and difficult to read at a distance.
