Efficient & a Delight To Use!! September 18, 2008
My wife and I believe this range to be the most efficient, easy to use and reliable range on the market today. Why? 1) Small oven meets 90% of oven requirements; thus, electric savings, 2) Small oven heats to 400 degrees 300% faster than ranges with hidden heat elements, 4) Dark glass top leaves no prints, and remarkably easy to clean compared with other models. The beauty of the ribbon coil is entertaining, 5) The burner sizes are perfect and efficient 6) The oven light adds a beautiful accent to both ovens. Historically, we have found dual burner technology to require much imagination while somewhat dangerous. The burners while lacking in the dual burner technology meets and surpass all our requirements. 6) Very easy to use 7) Two ovens is a great help when preparing large family meals where food preparation may require different cooking temperatures. Cautions: The receptacle must exist in the wall due to the absence of lower space typically found under the back of most ranges. If you're looking for a great efficient and reliable range... this is it. Oh! Don't forget... this range can also amaze and entertain you while you impress those about to receive that wonderful meal. Think smart....Good Luck!

Help I love my stove, but April 22, 2009
My double oven Maytag stove works wonderful. I love having a double oven,it makes cooking so much easier. However I do have one complaint. So far I have had repair service three times for the same reason. In between the glass on the oven doors grease appears and it makes the oven doors look dirty all the time. In order to clean it, the doors have to be taken apart, which of course I do not know how to do this. I call repair service and they take it apart and clean it. I believe the oven doors are defective. I shouldn't have to take a stove apart to clean it. Today repair service is coming for the third time. Is this going to keep on happening? Do other owners have the same problem?

Bought this oven in time for Thanksgiving dinner for 21 people. It came through like a real trooper. Baked turkey and stuffing in lower oven Rolls baked in upper oven. Kept food warm in lower oven and heated up pies in upper oven. It worked out great. After thanksgiving its just the 2 of us so we save energy using just the top oven. Cook top is easy to clean and the size of the burnes works out fine. So far it has met all my expectations.

THIS MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS.I LOVE THE SMALL OVEN ON TOP.I USE IT ALL THE TIME TO CONSERVE ENERGY.DURING THE HOLIDAYS THE DOUBLE OVEN WAS SO CONVENIENT.THE OVEN HEATS UP TO THE DEGREE YOU PUT IT ON IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.THE FLAT COOKTOP IS GREAT.IT ISNT HARD TO CLEAN.YOU JUST WIPE IT OFF.I WOULD BUY THIS STOVE OVER AGAIN.I LOVE IT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT
