    My old stove "died" and I researched **************** and found that the General Electric JB700 Freestanding Electric Range was rated one of the best in it's price range. I researched and found that Sears provided the model at the best price. I ordered on-line and it was delivered within 7 days after the order was placed. The delivery was on-time and although I had to pay $10 to have my old stove removed, it was well worth it.

    The oven is very large and it bakes wonderfully; however, compared to my old oven, any new stove would. The pre-heat time for the oven is fast and I was shocked just how fast. The stovetop has more bunner selections than most. It has a total of six with one warming element. The right and left front burners have 2 size choices which is awesome. The right front burner has an extra large bunner choice which is great for my large saute pans and provides even heat coverage. The left front burner has a "fast boil" feature which keeps true to acheiving the boil stage quickly. The kitchen timer tone is just loud enough to hear but not be annoying. The dials are easy to read and contain better markings for heat levels than most stoves. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to great food! I would definitely recommend the GE JB700 if you are looking for an efficient, well priced stove.
