I've had this for a year now and am still in love! It's so good looking and easy to clean. Although used mostly for melting and reheating, it seems to cook evenly. The popcorn function works without a hitch for me, and I appreciate the one touch option for full-sized or single servings. I do concur with the previous post i.e. the display is hard to read.

We are very dissappointed. We bought the Electrolux microhood to go with the Electrolux dual fuel convection range. Both appliances are more expensive than average and we had to return both because they don't work. The microhood does not cook evenly as advertised. Without a turntable, the appliance left molten lava and ice and the same dish. The sensor function works poorly--it even burned popcorn, which is something a $50 microwave can accomplish. Also, there is a tiny, cheap menu posted inside the unit that one must use to set sensor settings. How riduculous! Stick with GE or Kenmore.

Functionally this unit is superior. It has one very serious drawback. The display unit is illegible most of the time. It is a blue lcd on a brightly lit blue backlighted panel. This combination makes it quite unreadable except when looking directly at it from the same height. Since this is an above range mount the viewing angle makes it unreadable. The intensity of the numbers varies. The number 1 is not clearly visible since it is very narrow.
