My experience with Sears was outstanding because of Tanya Peters. We had difficlty applying the credit from the warrsnty department and she stuck with us until it was finished. She truly understood our needs and filled them beyond expectations. I would shop with her again just for the experience of being treated like a customer should ne treated.

I am disappointed with this oven. I fully expected to use the convection bake for frozen pizza's. I was doing a few frozen pizza's the other day and started my regular oven and my convection oven. The regular oven heated and baked one pizza and the convection was still preheating. I finally shut it off and baked the other pizza's in the regular oven. I called GE and was told it wasn't working properly so they sent out a repairman who replaced the panel. He then started to preheat the oven to 425 which is the temp for baking a frozen pizza. It tooki well over 1/2 hour to preheat so he called GE and they said they didn't have any specs on preheating but that it would probably just take that long. I did use it to bake brownies and to preheat to 350 it took only about 10 min however anything hotter than that wouldn't be worth the time and energy it uses. I am disappointed with the convection bake and really haven't used the convection for much else. For the price of the oven, its just not worth the money.

looking for qualityI purchased this item 2 years ago. While it functrions well as a $500.00 Microwave, it has never been capable of browning food and seems incapable of attaining any significant level of heat on the inside.
When I recently called the GE helpline (on 5/8/10) I was informed that it was never intended to function as an "oven" or to brown or roast foods. When I asked for the comlaint dept they advised that there is not one available.
I consider the purchase of this as a waste of money and GE's techjnical assistance as unhelpful.
