    The Kenmore Elite Mircrohood was just what I was looking for. March 22, 2011

    Had been putting off buying a microhood, but am so glad I did now. I had been using a non-Sears micro/convection countertop oven and hated it! Every time I use it, I love it more and more. Very easy to clean the inside. Even popping a bag a popcorn has become easier. I have not burned a bag yet. Would highly recommend this item.

    kenmore elite microwave stays on after one week. July 28, 2010

    We purchase this microwave along with a electric stove and a refigerator and after one week the microwave was have problems with the blower fan not turning off, and the left side getting very hot had to unplug it for it to stop. Plug it back in and tried to heat some food, and had the same problem. Decided to take it back to sears and get another one. Sear gave me no problem taking it back. Have to wait one week before getting a new one, as they did not have one in the store. Other than that the microwave looks really sharp.I wll be doing another review in the future on the status of our replacement microwave.

    I hope that sears quality is what it use to be in the past, as the appliances we replaced were all sears products.Had their microwave,disk washer and refigerator for 12 years with no problems.

    Very freindly and easy to use nice looking product.Cleans easily and cooking is perfect tempeture. microwave matches stove perfectIy would highly recommend to anyone easy to install convection and microwave cooking as well salesperson was very freindly and helpful through the entire transaction we bought 4 applianecs and on each one the salesperson was very knowlegdable i would reccomend sears to family and freinds the microwave is very quiet as well

    We bought this microwave on Black Friday for an incredible price. The installation was FAR easier than the one I installed 25 years ago-which finally died. The microwave is light and easy to handle. The instructions and mounting template are great and user friendly.
