Non-Durable,Thermostat,destroys clothingIT will destroy all of your clothing, they get stuck in the door and twist and get black marks. Anything with zippers, snaps, straps, faceclothes you name it. It does not matter if it is a small or large load. I called the company about the poor design. Unfortionately my boyfriend bought it before I moved in, so it was already just past warranty. I have to hang clothes all over the house in the winter. If it is set on any heat setting higher than medium it will melt all t-shirts. If you leave it on medium heat you need to run it twice to dry clothing. We did not even need a dryer but wanted a matching set, what a mistake this purchase is. I have lost so many articles of clothing due to this horrible dryer please do not make the same mistake i made. Scratches easliy too

Difficult to Use,Energy,Leaks,Maintenance,Noisy,Non-Durable,Thermostat,Utility SpendI have had this dryer for over a yr. We have had to get it fixed 9 times. It was still under warentee. So no out of pocket. But out of alot of expensive clothes. It eats them. The matching washer we had a few problems but not as bad. We are burning this set and getting a better brand. Frigidaire does not stand behind there products. We own four. All a yr old and all junk. They will not fix anything under manafactor warentee. All the money I wasted. I should have went with Maytag!!!!!!

Maintenance,Noisy,Non-DurableNot long after purchasing the dryer it started to rip/tear holes in our clothes resulting in hundreds of dollars in ruined clothing. The felt lining was replaced as it was still under warrenty and it did work fine for a little while and we keep experiencing the same issue. I don't put anything but denim in the dryer because it's the only thing that it won't tear. This is a common issue for this machine. Do not purchase!
