This is a terrible product and Sears should not even offer it April 18, 2011

In our local Sears we were told this was the only model that was avaiable for purchase (other than the even smaller apartment size). Once it arrived it only took three loads for both my husband and I to hate this... The limited settings were a big disappointment, and the dryer couldn't dry anything in less than 60 minutes.
We went on-line and found the Kenmore laundry centerthat we previously had, and went to the store with print out in hand to return this terrible, terrible Fridgidaire, and pay the restocking fee to get the product we went to get in the first place. It was a BIG hassle to get the local store to order the online Kenmore, but we insisted and were glad we did.
After this experience, its doubtful we will ever purchase another appliance from Sears and we have been cardholders for more than 30 year
