Kenmore  3.7 cu. ft. Front-Load Washing Machine  ENERGY STAR®

I bought this washer on November 22, 2012. I wanted it because of the energy/efficiency factor. Washes excellent, everything comes out clean. Good example is the funky dog bed I washed. It's an outside dog bed, fairly ripe and muddy. Came out smelling good and clean; some stains were baked in, so no hope with those, but took out most of the dirt. The washing part works great. Getting used to load size, on the other hand, I'm still deciding whether to scream or not. When I first washed some loads, didn't want to overload a new washer. Put in regular loads for an old top loader. Called tech after 5 consecutive loads got a malfunction code. He said loads were too small, need more clothes. Crammed it full, works fine now. Great washer for the Waltons or maybe the prison system. It's nice you can cram it full-less loads to run. But, you HAVE TO cram it full for it to finish a cycle without coding. Hope I never need to wash that one pair of jeans and shirt for a night out on the town.

This washing machine is so bad, I can't think of words to express my disappointment. My clothes are still dirty when they come out of the machine. My husband's work pants look like they have not even been washed. My whites are dull and grey looking & my colors are just as bad. We buy all Kenmore, but those days are gone - this is junk!!!

Last night I went to Sears to complain again about this washing machine, which I purchased 1 1/2 years ago, and the Sears employee told me that I must have gotten a "lemon" machine. From the beginning, it doesn't drain the water completely so I have to manually drain it from the pipe in the little door on the front of the machine after about 3 washes. Because of this water problem, mold and excess dirt collects underneath the rubber seal of the door. This has occasionally gotten on my clothes, causing horrible black streaks! Arg! I had had it and took a ruined pair of white pants to Sears last night. Sadly, it is out of warranty and I am out of luck. Arg again to you, Kenmore and Sears!

This puppy is awesome!!! We replaced a 20 year old Kenmore with this powerhouse. We bought it during Black Friday at an awesome price. It's quiet, has lots of dispensers and is very smart. I love this purchase and would highly recommend it.

This is my first front-load HE washer and I am very impressed. The capacity is great (at least twice that of my circa 1990 traditional washer). Some of the cycles are pretty long (around an hour), but the capacity makes it no issue since I can wash so much at once.

I would never buy this again if I knew of the way it would shake my whole house during the spin cycle and the unit smells moldy all the time. The water pools in the soap fill area and doesn't drain.

Cleans everything exceptionally. I would have never believed anybody else saying it is so quiet you don't even hear it running, but it's true. I would never go back to traditional top loaders again. Weighs every load to adjust water levels and cleaning times... saving us alot on water and energy costs!

My wife and I bought this washer to replace a washer that was so cheap that it wasn't worth repairing. We did step outside our budget zone a little with this washer and I am SO glad we did. The washer works great, the high extraction speeds mean less dry time and cheaper operating costs in the long term. We paid for Sears to deliver/install and remove the old machines and I am glad we did. The delivery guys were professional, friendly and thorough. They test ran the machines, ensured they were level and made sure they were clean and ready for us. Would I recommend to a friend, yes. Would I buy them again, absolutely!

I recently bought this washer to replace my top loading Kenmore Elite Oasis. It works beautifully and gets the clothes clean. It is efficient and conserves water and power. Great buy.

This front load washer works great, gets the clothes clean every time. Selected this model because it does not have unnecessary bells and whistles that we never use anyways. Sears installed it, and everything worked great from the get-go.
