Samsung WF330 is ok
I do not have the "Steam" model. Mine is 2-1/2 years old. Because the spin cycle is super intense, I wash most everything on 'Perm.Press' or Delicate. I've had at least five of my tops (mostly cotton blouses and t-shirts) get holes in them. I had to throw them out. I don't have the vibration problem that others have mentioned. Maybe it's because the Sears delivery men did a great job with the installation. But these front load machines have a super spin to get every drop of water out of the clothes. So I just use Delicate, with "low spin" cycle. My towels are done on Regular Cycle. One thing I do not like is that the fabric softener clogs up the dispenser. I hate this!!!!! It's always clogged, messy and in clumps. On my old top loading machine, I never ever had this problem with the dispenser. Other than that, it's ok.

I love this washer! i was glad the saleman from sears told us to go with the samsung since we have main floor laundry. i was worried cause i know someone with an LG front load washer and it shakes really bad on their main floor. The washer is very quite and doesnt shake at all! i also chooose to stack my dryer on top to save room, the stacking kit was easy to use, and im happy i did stack them.

I purchased a Samsung last winter, mine does not have the steam cycle. I've had no problems with the machine, no bad odors, no repair calls, it's work fine, I highly recommend that you consider buying this model or any front loader.
