Excellent Product February 17, 2009
There are three adults in our household who use this product and all are very pleased with its function and features. We especially like the Wrinkle Guard feature in case we forget and leave the clothes in the dryer for an extended time. The only complaint so far is its noise level, but it is in the garage so we only hear it if we are in the garage. The delivery and setup men were very friendly and courteous. Overall a good purchasing experience.

Don't buy this dryer September 24, 2009
I definitely would not recommend this dryer. I have one that has just turned 2 and I just placed a service call on it because it will not heat up! How much usage can you have in just 2 years. I will never buy another Kenmore washer or dryer again. What a waste of my hard earned money.

Frequent Repairs Required March 18, 2010

We purchased the washer and dryer together, no problems with the washer and we lover it! The dryer on the other hand has been repaired on four occassions. Constant issues with this product. We would not recommend. The electronics seem to fail, and when one part fails it can cause a chain reaction of failures. We have almost as much invested in repairs as the purchse price. Avoid this product unless you take out the extended warranty. We contacted Sears for repairs they didn't even show up on appointment day. We had to use another vendor that services Kenmore, Whirlpool, overall just a poor experiance.

Pros:
Value for Money,Appearance,Capacity,Digital Display,Easy to Use,Efficient,FeaturesOur Kenmore Elite top loading elect. dryer just bit the dust after 13 years of constant use( fam of 4). Decided to purchase a different brand this time around (Bosch 500xx series). It was good looking and fancy... but did not work well at all, made a service call after 2 weeks... still not working to our expectations. so we returned it. Sears was very accomodating with its 30 day return policy.
The Oasis was bigger, quiter, and much more efficient. It is very easy to use and gets the job done with no hastles. The lint basket is very easy to clean and we really love our Kenmore. No more straying away from a brand we trust! Buyt this dryer, you wont be disappointed!!!
Plus with the steam function... this is an added bonus

Time Savings,Value for Money,Appearance,Capacity,Digital Display,Easy to Use,Efficient,Featuresquiet efficient great dryer,,, leveling system is the old common sense way(each foot levels), I can barely hear it running,,, plenty of options,,, havent use the steam part ,,, I waited about 9 months to write this review, I compared them all, and am loyal to kenmore but if they werent scoring the best ,i'd quit them too in a hearbeat
