I'm very happy with the appliances. The dryer wouldn't fit through the door and had to be exchanged. Didn't know some dryers have a "hump back". I needed a "flat back" in order to fit through the door. The delivery men were wonderful and the Customer Service Rep was exceptional. One dryer sent back ... one dryer delivered the next day. All installed without a hitch. Couldn't ask for better service and now I'm happily washing everything from underwear to pot holders. Life is good. I highly recommend this washer and dryer.

Don't buy this!! April 07, 2010
Dryer was delivered on 3/31/2010. First couple of loads were ok, then dryer started making a grating noise, so service was called. The rubber coating on the wheel that turns the drum was disintegrated - repairman said "Never saw anything like this in my 15 yrs of repair work".
Once this dryer is replaced, then I will update this review with further comments, assuming this is just a fluke.

We love our Kenmore dryer. It works beautifully. It never gets too hot, so clothes do not shrink. It has all the settings one could possibly need. Also, the automatic moisture sensor keeps us from running it longer than it needs to.
