this product comes with free 365 days road side assistance from manufacturer . However manufacturer weather handler does not provide this service . While I purchased this product I had promptly submitted form to weatherhandler , however after three months no response from them. They do not provide any contact info so you can not e-mail or call them.
I contacted sears but surprisingly , sears also don't have their contact info.
do not buy this product, overall quality is cheap and they do not fulfill their promises.

Better quality than some cheaper kits.
The jumper cables are much better than in other kits we have seen and don't make you wonder if they'll even work. The flashlight is cheap plastic and we replaced it with a small but higher quality LED flashlight that should hold up better. We also stuck a can of fix-a-flat in the kit where the flashlight was. If fit great. I think it is a good overall value, especially to have everything in one place and neatly stored. Great for our purposes...beginning driver in older car.

75pc auto emergency kit is a great deal for the money
I bought this as a christmas gift for my 16 year old nephew who has his first car and he loved it. It was extremely well thought out and seems like good quality products inside the very nice zippered case that holds it all.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
