    I have had my DieHard battery for over a year and I love it. November 23, 2010

    I am a satisfied customer when it comes to the DieHard battery.  I came in with problems with my old battery and when I left my problems were solved and I have had no complaints to date.  All of my previous purchases of the DieHard battery are the main reason I keep coming back to Sears with confidence.  I really have no complaints

    Die Hard batteries are garbage and their customer service stinks January 30, 2010

    I purchased about a dozen die hard batteries for several vehicles and applications spanning the years from 2002 to 2007. None of them are operational today, and none of them lasted for more than 3 years. The most recent pair is why I am calling it quits with them. They die every other winter, I spend more time than its worth locating my reciept, getting the batteries charged up and tested, having to go back twice cause the testing takes 40 min per battery, waiting 15 minutes to get help from their understaffed department. The customer service is terrible. They know full well when I purchased the batteries, but I am required to show a reciept to get help. At Autozone I am in their system and they are happy to take care of any problem that arises. And their batteries work.

    I love coming to Sears for tires and battery service on my vehicle. Besides the great prices and tremendous service on the underside of my car, I always use Sears DieHard car batteries, for their unparalleled strength and reliability. I believe in Sears, and their automotive products have a lifelong customer!

    The only time one of my cars does not have a Die Hard battery in it is when I buy it, but rest assured when it is time to replace the battery, the only choice is Die Hard,,,enough said
