great light
The Dorcy Luninator Lanterrn is great when the power goes out. We set it on it's end and it will light up the whole room. We also use it in the early morning instead of using the overhead light, so we can go down the steps safely and not wake the other members of our family. It lights up a large area.

The Dorcy Luminator 6V Lantern is a good flashlight
These are a great deal. When the electricity went off the light was ready for action and helped us make it through the night until the lights came back on. We liked it so much we bought another one. Since I am getting so old I use them to look under my garden tractor to see better. These are one of the best deals in the Sears tool department and they are ready for work.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
