I PURCHASED THIS UNIT AT THE END OF SUMMER 2010. SO DIDNT USE TOO MUCH THEN.

NOW SPRING/SUMMER 2011 AND GETTING SOME 80-90 DEGREE DAYS.

THIS MACHINE COOLS OFF A LIVINGROOM, SMALL DINING AREA AND KITCHEN VERY NICELY. ALSO IF I LEAVE WINDOWS CLOSED IN BATH AND 2 BEDROOMS THEY GET COMFORTABLE NOT COLD LIKE LIVING ROOM BUT NOT BAD.AND I LIKE IT COOL. I MIGHT ADD I HAVE NOT HAD TO USE THIS UNIT ON HIGH YET WITH THESE TEMPS SO FAR. ONLY ON LOW OR EXTREMELY HOT, MEDIUM.

PROS: QUICKLY COOLS LARGE AREA. REASONABLY PRICED FOR A LARGE 230V MACHINE.

CONS:COULD USE MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH THE LOUVERS. UP/DOWN - LEFT/RIGHT. A LITTLE NOISY

GOOD MACHINE, GOOD PRICE. ONLY USED THIS SUMMER SO I CANT SAY HOW IT HOLDS UP OVER THE YEARS ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
