Disappointed that they are discontinued September 20, 2011

After 20 years of wearing the Action Slacks I am disappointed that they are dicontinued by Levis. They were the best fitting and long wearing without professional fitting. Hope they will reconsider and carry them again.

Levis Action Slacks - still good quality January 14, 2011

These slacks are about the same good quality as the originals. The newer polyester material is slightly different in character - a little coarser weave - but it still fits and feels like my older Action Slacks. I was pleased to find that the sizing is also consistent with earlier Action Slacks patterns. That makes ordering online much more reliable for fit. The only other change I see is the absence of the two belt loops set close together at the very back. But for all practical purposes, these slacks are pleasingly the same in quality and fit as the originals. It's great to have them available again. My older Action Slacks are still in good, wearable condition for dress/casual after 20 years of periodic use.

OUTSTAND'ing Product since back in the 70's October 10, 2010

LEVI's ACTION Wear started out as a 3-piece suit, each piece (pants, vest, and coat) separately available to fit YOU... no tayloring required, way back in the mid-70's.  For about $100, you got a great 3-piece suit that fit and looked DYNAMITE on you.  I can't tell you how many Job Interviews I went on where the Interviewer commented on how great I looked in "that suit"... LEVI's ACTION WEAR. 

Then, they discontinued the vest, followed by the coat, and only the pants were still left.  But they fit and looked so good, I didn't buy anything else but LEVI's ACTION SLACK's. 

Over the years, one_by_one, Retailers dropped it, until finally, only one Retailer carred it, and even they finally dropped it about four years ago.  I was crest-fallen, and had to resort to taking my old ones to a taylor to rebuild them as they began showing their old age...  until now. 

I was shocked to see SEARS carring my dear favorite pants, LEVI's ACTION SLACKS... omg!!  I bought three pairs, and found them to be the same HIGH QUALITY great fitting pants I had remembered from all those years ago... so I bought three more pairs QUICK, while it's still available!! 

SEARS Customer Service was great.  I am currently on a US MILITARY BASE in AFGANISTAN, but I still got them in a little over a week via APO US MAIL.  I LOVE IT!!

Thank you very much, SEARS... you make me feel 35 years younger again.

Levi's Action Slacks - I love them! March 18, 2010

I have been wearing these pants for years.  They have gotten hard to find, so I am very happy that Sears carries them.  They are easy care pants, don't fade, an seem to last almost forever.  I wear nothing else.  Thanks Sears.
