The refrigerator and the freezer are ok. The ice dispensing system is a joke. Mine won't dispense any ice cubes except for making some noise. As per the instructions I tried to pull the tray and I don't think it can be taken out with out breaking it. I am going to call the Service and see how it is going to be. I am very dissatisfied with the design of the ice dispenser.

Purchased this product in Dec 2010. We liked the fridge Performance. Good and shelves are easy to clean.LED lighting feature is good. Vegetables stay fresh for longer time. No problems w/Ice and water delivery system. What we don't like is storage area. We wish we had bought bigger size for a family of four. Also, filter instructions are not that good. I had trouble in replacing the filter.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Samsung Refrigerator Model#RS263TD, offers alot of space.
We have done a lot of research on which refrigerator would best fit out needs, and one piece was the need for ice/water dispenser. This item offered us the ability to store a lot in the freezer while at the same time be able to acquire the ice/water feature. It also offered a spot beside the ice maker to hold pizza boxes. The refrigerator offered 3 drawers at the bottom, which allowed plenty of space to organize all the other items on the top shelves. The door offers two shelves that are wide enough for milk cartons, providing easy access for the kids to reach the milk on their own. One thing I will point out, if you have never had the ice/water feature on your refrigerator previously be sure to ask for the installation kit. This was not mentioned to us, and was rather frustrating when we got home and found that we needed to make the additional purchase, as it is not included, other than that we are very happy with our purchase.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
