All sides Stainless ...Beautiful November 03, 2008
love it! Just beautiful Very solid! Compact ice maker, love the adjustable shelves and express chill feature. beeps when the doors ajar, and I like the water filter. I looked at the electrolux , ge monogram and the kitchenaid which also have all stainless front and sides. It took about 18 hours for it to reach recommended cold temps for fridge and freezer. After the first week the noise level has balanced out and is no longer noticeable. I love the adjustable shelves.

Terrible piece of junk August 23, 2009
We purchased a GE Cafe bottom freezer refrigerator a year ago and it has been the worst appliance we have ever owned. We have had 5 service calls on it and it still breaks down, now it is freezing our produce and the internal water does not work, were told we would have to wait 3 weeks for parts, AND THEN SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR. GE has been of no help to us at all.....I am thinking of giving it away (cost us $3000). Do not ever buy a GE ref ever!

This product is easy on the eyes, has great features, is roomy and I just had to get the matching gas stove. However, it can be noisy and emit sounds that may take some getting used to especially when guests are over and comment on the wildlife sounds being heard in the next room. Also be cautious when using the water dispenser it shoots out water rather forcefully, but overall, I would recommend this appliance to anyone looking for style and function.

We purchased a GE Cafe bottom freezer refrigerator a year ago and it has been the worst appliance we have ever owned.
