    Freezes better than the rest April 03, 2011

    I've owned this freezer for well over 3 years now and absolutely love it! It's perfect for all the frozen goods we keep on hand when we purchase them on sale. It's quiet, spacious, and has some great, handy baskets inside to put small things in. I love my Kenmore chest freezer and hope it will last me quite a while like our last one did.

    A great addition to our home April 03, 2011

    This freezer is a good size for us. We've had it about a month and so far so good except that it came with the lid dented! It definitely happened at the factory because there were no marks on the cardboard or foam packing covering it. Since we already had it in our basement, we decided to keep it. I gave it three stars because of the dent. We are happy to have the extra freezer space and the estimated electric costs are low. Still trying to figure out the best way to organize food without "losing" anything at the bottom.

    I OWN ONE OF THESE AND THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS MORE MOVABLE STORAGE SHELVES. OTHERWISE IT IS A GOOD FREEZER

    I PURCHASED THE 8.8 cu. ft. CHEST FREEZER ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT AND HOW IT HAS WORKED SO WELL FOR ME. IT REALLY HOLDS ALOT OF FOOD AND IS VERY COMPACT IN SIZE, AND MAKES A GREAT 2ND FREEZER OR A NICE FREEZER FOR A SINGLE OR SMALL FAMILY. ITS SIZE WOULD BE GREAT FOR AN APARTMENT OR SMALL CONDO.

    My wife and I went in on a grass fed cow and needed somewhere to put it. This freezer fits the bill perfectly, plenty of room, nice trays and light. Like everything I buy, I did lots of research before choosing this freezer and I'm glad I did. If you are looking for a quality chest freezer for home use, you can't go wrong with this unit.

    I live by nyself, except for my four legged critter. He keeps me busy most of yhe day. The freezer is in my garage: it is so quiet I could have placed it in my bedroom. It is plenty large enough for everything I need to have on hand. I keep small amount of frozen stuff in the refrig/freezer for day to day use. The Chest Freezer is precisely what I needed. It is very satisfactory.
