Love the new features, pressing buttons for ice and water.

I love the sophisticated stainless look and fingerprint-free external surface this fridge offers. It also has plenty of room and shelves for food storage, energy-conserving features such as lighting, plus an alarm that alerts you if any of the two doors have been left open for more than about 30s-1min. I also like the digital face used to control the settings of the fridge and the water and ice options. I'm glad I chose this fridge.

Loved for the first 13 months then started sounding like a helicopter every time fan came on...clicking on built up ice. System has defects and Samsung knows it and doesn't care. Worst customer service ever. Repairman won't work on, says useless. Google Samsung refrigerator class action lawsuit and ask yourself if it''s worth taking a chance when there are other options out there.

If you want ice cubes, don't buy any Samsung unit. The problem is universal to the brand. My initial unit failed after just a few months, they replaced the ice maker, it never produced a single ice cube, it makes ice slivers if you manually hold the reset button in. Nothing I did to increase the water volume worked and I followed their instructions. I developed a leak from a in-line water filter so turned off the water to the unit, a couple of months later the filter replace light came on. Must have a timer because there was no water entering it. The filter life is very short and they are costly to replace. This is the worst purchase I've ever made in appliances and would not recommend to an enemy much less a friend, lol.

I bought this item and only wanted to review it after I had it for a while. Well, I can say that it is really an EXCELLENT fridge. My energy bill went down by much..it's consistency and temp have not let me down. It is wonderful looking, and easy to keep clean..I can't say enough of how much I LOVE this!

This item seems to be a good buy . I like the ice maker and water spout ,it will take a tall glass easily

This fridge is beautiful, spacious and practical. The only dislike I have is that it does not have a drain for the water and ice dispenser. It only had a little indention where the water builds up. but that is is my only complaint thus far.

I bought this Samsung refrigerator last week and LCD touch screen display was not responding(responds after many tries once in a while if you really pressed hard). I had to call Sears and get it replaced with a new one. Sears without any hesitation replaced it and gave me a new one. I do find similar LCD issues with the new refrigerator(but much better than earlier one). I went to Sears show room and tried the LCD touch panel and it works like a champion. I talked to one of the associate and he said it could be the batch which may have the problem but refrigerator by itself is good. Another issue that might bother you sound it makes while making ice and water drip to the floor after you collect water from water dispenser since there is no hold support and water will directly go to floor if you don't collect all the water in the glass. Other than these two issues, I am happy with it. I am waiting for its LCD tocuh screen performance before I call sears again.

This is by far the worst refrigerator we have ever purchased. 2 things needed repaired on it within 8 months of purchase - covered by warranty. Six months later, one of the items is in need of repair again. Today the water dispenser quit working, but water is getting to the ice maker, so it is not a water flow issue. We refuse to spend any more money on this pile of junk. This refrigerator is less than 2 years old and is already ready for the dump. DON'T BUY THIS PILE OF JUNK!

We bought this Samsung refrigerator seven weeks ago. It works great. It had to fit between our cabinets so it is a quarter inch wider and same height as the 16 year old refrigerator that it replace. We got an unexpected bonus in that it is about 3 or 4 inches deeper than our old one. This sounds small but it now holds three one-gallon milk jugs in depth. We read other reviews that mentioned poor lighting. The LED lighting works fine for us. While we have only had it for seven weeks, we are very pleased with it. Noise levels are reasonable and the water and ice dispensers work fine.
