Kenmore 21.9 cu. ft French Door Refrigerator
Finally a refigerator that fits just right in my allotted space. It is so quiet I have to listen to see if it is running. I love the two doors and the ability to see what I actually have inside. I had slide out shelves in my old refrig. and I wanted them again and this one had them. None I looked at elsewhere did.Deli drawer is really handy also. Sears had the best price for this style of every other place we looked. We got the black so it would match our other appliances. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the finish-beware (especially if you have kids) the front scratches VERY easily which surprised me and finger prints are also a pain. The sides are textured so no problem there but I find myself having to be very careful of the front. Had it for a week and already have a huge scartch just from brushing a piece of something (crumb?) off. We don't have the ice and water hooked up and not sure we will. I wasn't really looking for those features but it is very hard to find a refrig. without them. I'm glad that the water dispenser is inside the refig. since it doesn't take any room and won't be a big deal if we don't use it. One last thing-if you by anything at Sears and can possibly pick it up yourself, do so-delivery service was the worst I have ever dealt with!!

I used to love my refrigerator but I HATE it now! I bought all my kitchen appliances from Sears for my new house. Its been less then 6 months. Its going to be serviced for the third time! First the doors started rusting, the computer wasn't working because my food was freezing over and the door guard broke off! Second the ice machine got a clog and started making icebergs at the bottom of the freeze. Which then started melting pools of water on my tile floor. So my floor became a skating rink. Since I can't skate made me almost break my neck early one half awake 5:30am work day. They came out replaced the doors, the computer, the door guard and unclog the ice machine. And now the refrigerator isn't cooling a @#$! thing! So now my food is in coolers till tomorrow when they come out to supposity fix it again! I'm at the point that I want to take the thing to Sears and throw it in there parking lot!

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT
Have only had this for 7 months, and we are already having problems. The technician can't come out until tomorrow (36 hours after I called) and by then, ALL my food in the refrigerator and the freezer will have spoiled! It won't hold the freezer temp at 0 OR the refrig temp at 38. Everything is melting and spoiling!!!!!!!! Not to mention the clanging noise going on! I am sorry I bought all new Kenmore appliances!!!!

Love this frig!
This is my first refrigerator in 25 years, my old frig worked well but was outdated and not very pretty. The ice maker had not worked in years and the drawers were broken. I started looking at a replacement, white, top freezer, but then I saw this one. The stainless steel looks so nice and I love the freezer on the bottom. I also love the in door water dispenser. It does make a few noises but it is not enough to bother me. Most of the time I can't hear anything. It just looks so nice and has so much room!

What do you want?
Like the deep narrow drawer in the refrigerator section. Wish the fruit/vegetable drawers were as deep as it. Hard to organize this refrigerator when we have a lot of produce. Like it's constant temperature control. So far, no food has frozen in the refrigerator section. Wish the freezer had that little fold-down shelf/drawer in the door that other models have. There is space for it. Don't understand why it's not there.

Great Fridge
The fridge is replacing my 12 year old Kenmore (made by Amana). The same size and bottom freezer. But this has French doors, that we really like. We lose a little space on the door for storage. But it doesn't bother us. We also like the water dispenser, even though it's inside. I recommend this fridge.

Just what I wanted
There is nothing to complain about at all. I do wish that I didn't have to runs so much water through the ice maker and water dispenser as was recommended. I really like that the front at the floor grill is not easily kicked, as it goes under the front. Our kitchen is set up so all the traffic goes by the refrigerator all the time. The smaller doors help so people can squeeze by when they are open. It is good that the snack drawer can have something in it that can't be seen by everyone. I can hide candy bars back in there!
