Samsung  20.0 cu. ft. French-Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator, White  ENERGY STAR®

I needed a new refrigerator and did a lot of research because of space limitations. I was guided to this refrigerator because of a very helpful review I read on the Sears web-site. Fits perfectly and I like the refrigerator very much.

The beauty of this item is beyond compare! In addition, this modest 20 cu. ft. offers incredible use of interior space. Combined refrigerator and freezer storage has proven better than my previous Amana side-by-side. Good job, Samsung.

I wanted a single door pull out bottom freezer counter depth but couldn't find it so I went with the French door. I'm still getting used to using the split door and think it wastes a lot of storage space. The fridge appears well made but doesn't have much room for tall objects. (I'm laying milk cartons and juice bottles on their sides). If the fridge isn't exactly level, the doors won't stay open when loading it. I love the bottom freezer and that the top shelf pulls all the way forward. Still getting used to the "running water" sounds that the circulating coolant makes. The narrow width fits my space well and I like the good interior lighting.

As soon as we bought it, this white wire with a white foam thing was unattached so my ice was coming out in huge clumps. Called Sears, technical was great, replaced part, only it happens again within 2 weeks, sears came out again, fixed it again. Was told not to put anything in box on top of ice, we followed directions, and it lasted awhile, but broke again, I havent called them yet to fix it.

it was a beautiful sight after my old refrigerator then I tried to put my food in it... a 2qt bottle of milk, a 6 pack of 24oz soda bottles, 2 32oz creamers, 1 gallon rubbermaid pitcher, a 32oz bottle of juice among other things. NONE of these items would fit on a shelf without tipping them sideways first! The shelves had no possible configuration that would work. The door shelves also could not be adjusted to fit everyday items or were too narrow to fit bottles. A 2 liter bottle was out of the question. I hadn't shopped for a fridge in over 20 years, I never imagined a $1500 refrigerator could be so poorly designed. I had to leave things out or lay them down on the shelves. The salesman was wonderful, though shocked. it took a week to get my new Kenmore and I love it.

This refrigerator works great, looks great, and when you open the door you are greeted with an awesome display of LED cool lights. I have owned it for 9 months and I still have no complaints.

Truth be told, I purchased this model solely because of it's dimensions--narrow enough to fit between cabinets, but not so deep as to be in the way. Would have rather gone with "tried and true" brand, but there is absolutely nothing else this size. LIghting from top of the box makes lower shelves dark and drawers impossible to see into without opening them. Tall item storage somewhat limited as others have warned, but can manage. Hoping reliablity is as good as other brand's have been.

it's just right for a kitchen and works great

Just purchased a used version of this fridge. Seems great so far. Good price, for a scrath & dent. Very clean and working properly.
