Cons:
Door handles won't stay onWe bought this refrigerator about 3 years ago. On a positive note, the door seals are extremely tight and strong, which presumably must be good for efficiency. However, after about 2 months, it became apparent that the door handles were not up to the resistance of the seals. They started falling off. A & E was out several times to reattach them, but within about 2 weeks they always fell off again. They have an extremely poor design. The plastic kick plate on the bottom also will not stay on. We eventually moved the refrigerator to the basement and use it as a spare. Who uses a 25 sqare foot, $1300 refrigerator as a spare?!
In the past week, the refrigerator stopped cooling, which was easily fixed by unplugging it for a day or two. There was ice buildup in the vent that transports the cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. Good thing it was my spare refrigerator, so there wasn't much food in it.
