Great little fridge.
I like this little champ. It replaced a 19.5 fridge from 1982 with this thing. Its great, quiet and gets things cold. Someone else had posted that it doesn't cool down past 40 45 degrees but I disagree. I put a caraff of water in mine, on 4 setting for coldness and in one night that water was turned to ice. Anyone know anything about the freezing temp of ice is way below 40 degrees so don't let that poster scare you about bacteria. He probably left his door open. I love how quite it is and fits purfectly into my on the go don't need to store alot of food at home lifestyle. :)

I love the style. The freezer will go down to 0 degrees as it should. A fridge has to go below 40 degrees to prevent bacteria. With the setting set as cold as possible the fridge part can't stay below 40 degrees. If it can't get cold enough it is pretty well useless! At coldest setting mine would only stay 40-45 degrees. As it gets older the temps will probably get warmer with no more adjustment left. Its like having a nice looking car with a poor running engine that will only get worse with time!

PIECE OF JUNK BIG WASTE OF MONEY
bought this for my college freshman, thought she would use it all 4 years. It worked for 8 mo.s I tried to exchange it and I was told it had to be repaired. Had it "fixed" and it still doesn't work. I wanted a replacement and I was told it has to have 4 repair visits first before it would be eligible for replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS IT WILL BE A MISTAKE. I am sorry I bought from Sears.

Nice looking and I love the large (for this type of fridge) independant freezer. The fridge could (and should) be just a tad colder. I have it on max cold and it is just OK. Update: I did NOT have it on max cold. Was able to set it even colder so I am adding two stars.

Great space saver
I bought this specifically for chilling and storing beverages in my computer room. I can buy extra when it is on sale and it doesn't take up much needed space in my kitchen refrigerator. I love apples and I can also store them in the small fruit and veggie bin. Snacks like ice cream or frozen fruit bars fit nicely in the freezer too

A recent purchase to have extra room for more juice & small items. Slight noise when recharging itself: then noise or humming goes away. I like it, its an added addition to my very large kitchen and sits in a corner. Thanks Sears.

Excellent little unit. Perfect for our needs.
This really is a great little unit. The freezer is cold and can keep ice cream for weeks. The frig part is big enough for a small apt or in our case, our master bedroom. It's also quiet when running and you won't even notice it.

Horrible let-down, MINUS 10 stars
I needed a new compact fridge for my bedroom, I went to Sears among other places and read reviews and this one was reasonably priced and had great reviews. So I bought it, set it up and filled it up. The NOISE coming from this thing woke me up at night *every* night!! I could not believe the noise this little thing makes!I have had 2 compact fridges prior to this one with NO noises coming from them. Thank god I didn't get rid of my oler compact one I was replacing. On the plus-plus side, the freezer works GREAT! I liked being able to have ice cream when I wanted. And their return is EASY, FAST and very agreeable staff ready to help. I'm really sorry this little beauty just didn't shut up.
