We purchased this car seat 4 years ago, for our daughter (when she was only 10 months old). At that time, it was brand new on the american market as this company usually builds seats for race cars and airplanes. We purchased a new one last year, for our second car, so we can swap cars without having to move the seat from one to another. It's durable, washable, highest quality and you feel a higher level of security having your child sitting in this seat. You will not be disapointed.

Wow this seat is wonderful, Has nice full side protection and my son loves the feel and stay happy when in it, till his big brother starts picking on him. A bit heavy, but I don't care since its not being move all the time and makes me feel its solid!!! FORGET Betex or whatever it is, this is the one and only one toget!!! Try it, and if you don't like it take it back, thats what I was going to do, but ...... well I can't

This car seat is very high quality. It was easy to install and my daughter loves riding in it. She can see out the window even with the side impact protection and she can sleep comfortably in it. I love it because it will grow with her so she will never need another car seat.

I purchased this seat for my daughter who turns 2 in July. She's very tall for her age and doesn't fit in the traditional Convertable toddler seat because of her height. I love that Recaro has been making seats for racecars and that the seats are very sturdy. It's very comfy and she loves to be in it. We've had no problems with the SIP that I've heard some people think. It's heavier then other seats and it takes a little getting used to installing it, but once it's in it's solid.
