Sportspower  12ft Trampoline with Enclosure

I bought this item November 2011 for our normal sized 3 and 5 year old boys. They've jumped on it roughly 15 times over the past 10 months and it broke. We've never abused it. No shoes. 1 jumper at a time. No toys on it ever. The nylon material under the jumping pad that connects the jumping pad to the springs tore (while my 6 year old was jumping). There's a 90 day warranty and the manufacturer would not budge or give me a discount on the $70 replacement pad. They just said they were sorry that I'm an unhappy customer. Well Sportspower, I will never again buy any of your products and I strongly recommend you don't either.

Purchased the trampoline in Feb. 2011 and Aug. of 2012 the trampoline broke on one side while my 4 year old was jumping. Called KMart and they said being it was over 90 days old they can not replace it. Called the sportspower at 18668840535 and they requested the pic. and a discription of what happen then on top of all that they needed the recipt. I did not save recipt I thank that if I pay over $300 for a trampoline it should last more than a year! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS TRAMPOLINE!!!!!!!!!

You def. get what you pay for. Unfortunately I bought this for my son for Christmas, set it up in March and not even a month later, the wind picked it up and rolled it across my yard and messed it all up. I know it's not the trampolines fault but for it to be built that light?! That's scary!!! and the customer service was AWEFUL!!!!!

Great trampoline, especially for the price. Got this as an Easter gift. Easy set up, within one hour it was completed. It developed a small tear in the mat, I called the company and they sent me a new mat within the week, no questions asked. Trampoline is used every day for at least an hour by 4 people and there are never any issues. I hate how this trampoline gets a bad rap by people who don't know how to put it together right or who don't take care of it. It doesn't deserve a 1 star because you didn't anchor it down and the wind took it away. Go in the woods, get two large rocks and put them across the frame on the bottom. It won't go anywhere. I have bought trampolines since 1996 and this is among the best. Don't hesitate to buy this for your family.

Bought this trampoline it lasted 4 months then collapsed while my son was jumping on it the frame just bent to the ground this is very unsafe for children and I do not recommend this to any body. I have had tramploines in the past last for over 6 years. this one not even a whole summer.

Bought this trampoline before Christmas for my kids. By the end of February when my toddler and I was jumping on it, the frame collaspe on itself. Contacted the original company but was directed to K-Mart's customer service. Instead of being helpful, I was criticized on to properly use the trampoline and that a replace was not going to happen since I only have an online reciept and did not have the original

my 7 year old son loves his new trampoline and i love it as well it gets him up and moving its a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time and the enclosure gives me comfort knowing he will not fall off

We bought this for our 4 year old son.  We really wanted a 14 foot, but decided on this one because of the price and because it was sold by Sears.  My husband and FIL put this up within a couple of hours.  My son is loving it!!!!!!
