Outstanding and sexy boots! Great fit! Great price! Well-made:) February 24, 2011

These boots are just what I've been looking for but hadn't purchased yet because I was unable to find them in my price range. They are sleek, sexy, comfortable and well-made. The initial price was very reasonable and the sale price was outstanding! These boots look great with any type of slacks, jeans or even skirts and dresses. Beautiful sexy basic black boot.

Covington Women's Sonny - Black - High Boot January 06, 2011

Purchased boot for wear in rainy wet days. Pros: Boot is perfect to wear over skinny jeans, under bootleg cut jeans, or with a skirt of any length. The heel is the perfect height to add just a bit of height to your stature or to dress-up a pair of favorite jeans. It is a sleek, long boot. I am 5'6" with long legs and the boot stops right below my knee. Cons: Boot has a nice pleather-like feel, but scuffs easily, and sounds like plastic if rubbed together. Also, the opening of the boot is entirely too wide, unless you have a larger-than-average calf. Summary: If you are looking for a boot that looks like it cost a million bucks, this is not the boot. If, however, you are looking for a comfortable black boot that you wouldn't mind sloshing around in the rain in, while also looking stylish, then I would recommend this boot for you!

I recently purchased a pair of these particular boots and I have to say they are amazing!! They are great with a simple outfit like a pair of jeans and a nice shirt as well for a dressier outfit like a pencil skirt and blouse or a nice bussiness suite. They are eextremly comfortable and don't make your feet hurt even after wearing them for hours at a time!

Love the boots. Very comfy. True to size. Bought on sale and got a great deal. I love Sears. I find that my friends dont shop there because they think everything will be frumpy. I always find great clothes and shoes at great prices. I buy alot of my shoes at Sears.

I was in the market for a modern-looking pair of boots but was not interested in the heavily-adorned styles that seem to be prevalent today. These boots were just the right look for me. The styling is sleek and modern, but not overstated. Plus, they fit great right out of the box!
