The Metaphor Women's Verena -Silver is a great shoe.
I purchased this shoe for my oldest daughter for a homecoming dance a few years ago. Now my younger daughter is wearing it also. Our dog chewed one of the shoes 3 days before the homecoming dance. I was able to find the shoes on the website today and we like it so much we are purchasing again. These shoes are a beautiful dark silver. They are very comfortable, they match a range of dress colors and they are timeless.

Would not stay on feet
I was very excited to wear these. Tried them on when got them in the mail, true to size. Night of event, put on sheer hose, put these on, and they won't stay on even on the tightest setting! No black rubbery stuff on the bottom either, so you would need to buy those grip things from the drug store that you put on yourself if you didn't want to slide. I had an extra pair of shoes, thank goodness!

i just got these shoes for my 8th grade semi formal and they are really cute but when i put them on to practice walkin gin them they hurt my feet. i hope they dont hurt during my dance :)

Gave Fiancee a great look for her sister's wedding
I bought these shoes for my fiancee and she loved them. I primarily bought them for her so that she could have bright silver shoes for her sisters wedding. They were the perfect heel height (according to her at least, I have no idea) and the strap seems to work well enough. She also said they aren't too uncomfortable as far as heels go. I think they look like they belong at a higher price than they actually are but I won't complain. They aren't too flashy for everyday use and they work with her other outfits too.
