Samsung  3D Blu-ray Disc® Player  ENERGY STAR®

I bought it as a Refurb, searched the Internet after having problems and it stutters, stops in the middle of a movie and then states it cannot play this resolution. Worked fine until a couple upgrades in firmware. No longer works. It is now useless to watch blueRays and shopping for another. SAMSUNG will not replace. A STore that that rymes with LIES is notorious for buying defective products knowing full well they are defective and then sells them at discount prices.

Great product very good performance ,some times slow but narhing to worry

This player has an excellent picture. The 3D is amazing. I highly recommend Samsung!

I bought this as a refurbished item and I have been totally happy. It was easy to setup and update. I finally played a 3D Blu-ray on it and it worked flawlessly.

I've had this Blu-ray player for about a year now and I've been okay with it. It plays 3D movies well, regular dvds just fine, and works with the USB like it should. My biggest and most frustrating problem is Netflix and Hulu. Trying to stream either one of those is almost a joke. The player is hooked up directly, not on Wi-Fi, and I know it's not my internet because everything else in the house runs super fast (Xbox, phones, laptops, etc). If you don't watch much of Netflix or Hulu then I wouldn't worry too much. If you do, then I would find a different player if you are going to dependent on it for that feature. All I can say is thank goodness for my Xbox... at least it streams Netflix & Hulu like it should!

This blu ray player does exactly what its supposed to do. It has flawless playback of DVDs and Blu Ray disks. The netflix app works great and the hulu plus is good. I have never tried web browser but who needs one on a blu ray player. The updates on this are very good. when u take it out of the box and plug it in,a screen appears and asks you to update the smart hub and the system. the updates go by quickly, allowing you to start using the device almost immeadiateley. The wireless setup is also very easy. i had no problems.

I've had this 3-D player for over a year and haven't had any problems. Easy setup, including the WIFI and compatibility is amazing. Well designed, quick BD loading and feature rich. Smart software is ( a little slow ) but a comprehensive utility. Overall a great player.

Compared to my previous non-3D blu ray player this unit held up to the Samsung standard that I've come to expect. Slight delays and bugs with the SmartHub via my WiFi network, so I switched to a hard line and haven't had a problem since.
