    I love it, Love it , love it August 23, 2011

    Easy set up, great picture and sound, fast start-up if you chose this option at the set up, great features, great design, it picked all the digital channels right from the analog cable, so I returned my cable box today. I have all the movies I need in the palm of my hand with web search. I can even control the TV using my phone. I love it.

    Great Idea just not a great product. November 01, 2011

    I was so excited when I got this Sony Google Tv..I had always thought Sony was the best and that when you buy a new product the company always stands behing the warranty. Well I had this Tv for two days when all of a sudden it went black. I was so stunned that I did not know what to do..I finally call Sony and they make me give them all kinds of info and finally decide I can take it to a certified dealer to get it fixed..I take the Tv to the dealer and they had never encountered a problem like this before. I wait a month of playing phone tag and still no Tv.. I had sold my computer because I thought I had a combo product that would ease all my troubles. Well I was upset after going this long with no product, and a lot of run around talk. I ask Sony to send me a new Tv and they informed me they could only send me a REFURBISHED TV... I payed for a new Tv and it was their problem that they could not fix...They made me wait until a part got shipped to the Dealer , which was another two weeks. I will never buy another Sony Product again. I would say the pros of this Tv is the Excellent Color.. I found the switching between Google Tv and watching Tv to be very confusing and slow. Nothing was easily accesible and the controller is a whole problem in itself. I would recommend you RUN as fast as you can from buying this product.
