Pros:
wonderful pictureI bought this tv to replace an aging Sylvania Superset that was 20 years old. I was hoping it would have comparable picture. The picture on this set is so intense and vivid that when watching the news, it looks almost 3D. The sound is incredibly good for such a small set. It's well worth the price.

Muting problem,Fixed audio outputThe TV fits perfect in our custom media cabinet. The picture is excellent when the picture quality is set to "vivid." There are ample connections for video and audio equipment. If you need to connect your sound system using RCA type connectors the output is fixed which means you cannot control the sound level using the TV remote. There is an issue with the muting of the sound. Occasionally the sound will not return after being muted using the remote. Sears was very cooperative when I explained the muting problem and provided an exchange. Unfortunately the new TV has the same problem. I would rate the TV five stars except for the muting problem. I would rate Sears five stars plus for the excellent service.
