Acoustic Research HDP100 HD Powerlink - Wireless audio / video delivery system (via power line)
The HD Powerlink system uses proven HD-PLC or "high-definition power line communications" technology to shuttle audio and video from a DVD/Blu-ray player or DVR/cable/satellite box to your TV over existing electrical wiring. Plugging the transmitting and receiving modules into standard wall outlets allows A/V signals to be transmitted over power lines. The system supports full bandwidth 1080p high-definition video and digital audio.
The HDP100 system is optimized for installations where the TV and A/V components are in the same room and, unlike wireless systems, is not subject to RF (radio frequency) interference.
