This fine piece of machinery completes. I previously owned the Pro Console, which ended up blowing out. I had to scramble and came across this sweet bundle. Plus, it's black. Stealth black. Black controller = pure awesomeness. Also, HDMI output is key. And you can't complain about a huge hard drive. I play this machine on a daily basis for the past 2 yrs and still no issues (knock on wood).

I went to buy the value version of this but they were sold out. Had to get the "elite" version instead. Not much elite about it. Other than the 120gig harddrive, no difference in unit. Still only one controller and a wired headset which will fail in a month. No chargeable battery pack for controller, and they have dropped the component option off the TV connector. Who still uses A/V cables? You buy a high end gaming system, and it comes with a 480p cable? Also, the packaging is not suitable for an expensive electronic device. I've owned two of these in the past, and their packaging was way better. My brand new unit had the USB door shattered in front, and the case the game came in was broken also. Thanks for nothin Microsoft. Also, Xbox units only come with 90 day warrantys, so you have to spend 45 bucks to get a year through Sears. This value I came to buy suddenly was not such a value anymore. Thanks to the emplyoyees at Sears for fast and courteous service.
