    The Nintendo DSi is a great gaming system for people on the go. March 16, 2010

    The Nintendo DSi is an update to the older Nintendo DS lite system. It comes in either blue, black, or white. I never had a DS lite, but I did have the older original Nintendo DS. This version is much, much lighter to carry and I love the bigger screens. The stylus is also easier to handle for my hands. There are plenty of games to choose from and most use the innovative touch screen of the DSI. It also has two cameras, one on the inside and one on the outside of the system. You can also download games via the Nintendo DSi. All in all, if you are a gamer and you would like to game on the go, the Nintendo DSi is a great choice. You won't regret it!

    Fun, but it gets old after a while... December 29, 2011

    I actually owned this exact DSi. The blue color is beautiful. I wanted another DS after getting rid of my old DS and discovered that they now had DS lites and DSi's and even DSi XLs. I remember loving the gameplay and everything. I was extremely disappointed. Maybe it is the games themselves, but the graphics are not top-notch. If anything, they are sloppy. I loved playing Tomb Raider games on my PS2, but I bought a tomb raider game for my DSi and it was absolutely awful. Sincerely and honestly awful. It may just be the games themselves, because I had Super Mario Bros for my Nintendo DS and it was wonderful. I would recommend getting the DS just for that game itself. Nintendo, apparently, doesn't make Super Mario Bros for any other brand of console (Play Station, Xbox, etc) so if you're going to get a Nintendo product get the Dsi, because the Wii is just annoying after a while. The DSi version of Tomb Raider: Legend absolutely disgraced everything the game is about. Bottom-line: This DSi is a great buy in itself, but they make pretty crappy games for it. Looking forward to buying the 3DS, since they seem to have improved the gameplay and graphics, etc. One of the pros of this device is that is has internet and I think anyone who is going to buy this console for the internet itself should walk away and buy something else, like an iPod Touch or PS3, because the internet absolutely sucks! The camera is great and the downloadable software is worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids and I would definitely not recommend it to someone who wants the best for their money.

    I purchased this item through Sears layaway, what I liked about the product is that the price and the availability of the product protection was a plus for me.Kids are going to be kids and we already lost a DS and it was devastating. I feel protected and cant wait for my kid to open his gift!
