Genuine Grip means they dont slip and slide
These shoes mean what they say when they say slip-resistant. They have saved me several times as I work where there is oil leaking from machines and always cleaning the oil up. The steel toes are great since I work around steel. With them being black I dont have to worry about them showing dirt. Although they really dont attrack dirt like some shoes, they seem to just throw the dirt off. I can wear these all day and still be able to keep them on after I get home without them hurting my feet. They are so comfortable, easy to keep tied and dont make my feet sweat. I would recommend getting these if you have to wear steel toes they are the way to go. Them being slip resistant is just an added bonus.
