I purchased my second pair of these boots and am quite happy. Here is why I gave them 5 stars: Comfort in the toe area. These boots have an oversized safety toe. This allows for freedom of movement in the boot. Anyone who has used safety toes/steel toe boots knows that the room in the toe area is often cramped. Weight is great. This is a great benefit of the Alloy toe. The lighter composite toe helps me get through my long days. As a shift worker, I am moving around the plant constantly for 12 hours per shift. The lighter boot does not leave my feet and legs as tired as when I use steel toes. Waterproof for dry feet. I work in an activated sludge Wastewater Treatment Plant. To say the least, it is wet there. Despite the presence of water and/or other liquids, I have yet to get my feet soaked. Overall, I think that these are great work boots, especially in wet environments!

I bought these boots about a year ago. They did good for the first 10 months, allowing me to perform my duties as a Commercial HVAC/R Technician (We see extreme environments). The exterior has held up and is still in pretty good shape. They still keep me dry. The downfall of this boot is its interior. The rear of the boot had worn through so bad after 10 months of daily use that I had to cut the rest of it out and replace it with duct tape :) Now I have no complaints but if you like the look of the orange rim on the inside of the boot, it wont last.

I have been dissapointed with this pair of work boots.  They were not inexpensive, yet they feel like a cheap boot.  I am unable to wear them because they are causing pain and inflamation in the rear area of my foot and I hope I can get my money back.  I gave them a chance, trying to get through the break-in period, but the pain continues when I wear the boots a full six months later.

I work construction and am on my feet pretty much all day. These boots are by far the most comfortable I've ever had, and I usually by the expensive ones. As for the steel toe, I don't even relize it has a steel toe, most steel toe boots are heavy and make crouching and bending of the foot very difficult, NOT THIS BOOT! I would definately buy these again when the time comes. The price is resonable also.

I work in extremely harsh conditions for any pair of boots, these ones have served my well over my expectations if you compare it to many others I've used in the past.

These are my second pair and as far as they keep making them I'll keep buying the same model.

I gave them 4  stars just because they are not 100% waterproof. (ocassional water splash. not submersible.)

Bought these boots because they had extra room in the toes for a steel toe boot. After a month or so after I bought them, the center circular "knobs" started separating from the sole of the boot, causing my feet to become very sore and uncomfortable. Dont spend $100 or more on a work boot made in China.
