Purchased two of these a little over a year ago. They hold up in the weather and they are very comfortable. The "paint" scratches pretty easy, but other than that it is a good product.

Poor quality
This product requires assembly, but one of the handles in the package was too big and could not be assembled into the unit. The instructions in the package say don't take it back to the store but we did anyways. Sears was good about taking it back with no hassles. Overall the lounge felt low quality and flimsy. It is also quite narrow. We ended up buying a similar lounge at Kohl's for a third of the price, wider and pre-assembled!
