Country Living  Brookshire 7 Pc. Dining Set

We got this set in spring '12 and we absolutely love it!! Our patio is within the 'wind direction' and our old table was always being blown over so we wanted a heavier table. This is definitely heavy and never moved an inch with even the strongest of winds. The chairs are super lightweight but are comfy and sturdy (a little narrower than I'd thought) but no rust on anything. easy to assemble. In the garage for the winter... Sears layaway, however, is just horrific. the workers are great, but their internal system is majorly flawed and the layaway was a huge headache. but, LOVE this set and always get compliments on the table!!!

Some reviews mentioned rust issues but ours is enclosed on screened-in deck and is perfect for our use. The price was unbeatable

table looks great and the chairs are nice. the only issue i have is that the threads on one chair were coming loose when i received this. i had a party and people really liked the set.

We purchased this at the end of June. My husband immediately assembled the chairs, but we had held off on the table as we were leaving town. When we went to assemble the table this past weekend, we noticed a piece of the metal framing was bent back. We contacted the manufacturer as the directions in the set indicate. That was Tuesday morning, and we have not yet heard anything back. When I called Sears Customer Service, their only suggestion was to bring it all back to the store and they would order another set. As we had to borrow a car to transport it the first time, this obviously is not convenient. I would have listened to the other purchasers as to the poor quality and inability for correction. We were planning on hosting a party on August 12, so we are now stuck scrambling.

I loved this table when I saw it onlne.  It was classy and beautiful. I ordered it and it arrived quickly. My hubby put it togethher and one of the table tiles was broken when he took it out of the box.  After contacting Sears online, we were informaed to call the manufacturer. It's been 3 weeks and still, to this date, no one will return our phones calls, emails, etc.  Their VM is always full.  I am throughly DISGUSTED with their customer service.  I am about ready to return the entire set.  Like a previous reviewer said...if you break a tile - you ARE out of luck.  Do NOT buy this unless you plan to return it.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! 

We love it! Been having the set for about two weeks now and it is exactly what we were looking for. Shopped around for a while, but very glad we decided to purchase this set. Comfortable, casual, yet elegant. Easy to assemble, took about 30 min. We were leery about the negative reviews but took a chance anyway and everything was perfect.

This is a beautiful, well made outdoor dining set. The packaging was excellent and I assembled the entire set myself in about 35 minutes. Directions are clear and concise and the parts are labeled (including all bolts/nuts - they are separated on a well marked card). I love the tile top (top is made up of 4 large tiles that just lay in a grove in the table). The chairs are sturdy and comfortable (you do not need a cushion). The set has been in a couple of rain storms and still looks great. The set seats six people very comfortably. I'm using a 9' umbrella with this set and it covers the table very well (would not recommend a smaller umbrella).

Delivery was excellent - fast, friendly and eager to please. Overall, my family is very happy with this set and would not hesitate to purchase from Sears/Kmart again. Thanks for the great service!

The product was very easy to put together. So far it has held up to the outside elements and still maintains it's great look. The family loves to dine outside and this set works great for the families needs.

I bought this patio set because it was the cheapest all aluminum patio sets. I took the boxes home and unpacked the chairs. They were in perfect shape and look very nice. Unfortunately, the 4 large tiles that make up the top of the table were cracked. I called Sears trying to get replacements and called the 800 number in the box. It has been more than 30 hrs since I called and no one has gotten back to me. I just boxed it all up and returned it which was a total waste of my time. In short, poor customer service and poor build quality. If you break one of these huge tiles you will be out of luck.

We've only owned the patio dinning set a few weeks so it's a little soon to know how it will perform. I am concerned that the construciton is noticeably lighter than our previous set. However, if it lasts for 5 years, I'll be happy. I like the fact that the chairs stack - all but the 2 swivel chairs. The set up was easy, it took less than 30 minutes to unwrap and assemble. We love how omfortable the chairs are and the way they look. Thanks!
