La-Z-Boy Outdoor  Ashton 4 Pc. Envelope Woven Seating Set

When this set arrived, I thought I would surprise my husband and put it together before he got home. Bad idea. I only got the end table (we ordered the two ottomans and end table extra) put together; I gave up trying to assemble one of the chairs. It's definitely a two-person job because the bolt holes don't line up, although after we got the loveseat assembled and I fell asleep on it, my husband managed the ottomans and table with the help of a crowbar to line up the pieces. That said, it's a beautiful finished set and everyone comments on how comfortable it is.

Easy to put together with a little persuading to get the bolts in. Whoever boxed up/packaged the materials needs to be fired....the bax was open when we recieved. One arm came in damaged and bolts and caps were shorted. Called Lazy Boy and they are suppose to ship out the replacement arm and bolts in 7 to 10 business days.....make sure you hold on to your reciept until your complete assembly of all the pieces. The pato set all and all looks good..so far.

Great set, very comfortable. However, it is not very easy to assemble as brackets and screw holes do not line up properly. One chair was shipped with two left arms. I was assured a new arm will be sent, but still waiting past one month for it to arrive. For the high price, these problems are disappointing.

Nice patio set, seems very well made. It was very easy to put together if you have the right tools, don't use the cheap wrenches they give you with the set, a 10 mm socket or speed wrench will help a lot. Very comfortable.

Love the look, but I spent one and one half hours trying to get the screws to line up. There is about a 1/16 inch discrepancy, enough to make this a less than pleasurable way to spend the morning, when I was really hoping to sit in one of these chairs. I am sure that when the set has been put together, I will be happier.

My wife and myself had been shopping around for some outdoor seating both in stores and online. We really hadn't found anything to our liking until we ran across this set. With it being available from Sears and manufactured by Lazy Boy how could we go wrong? We ordered it online and it was delivered in just a few days (for free!) and I was a little concerned that it was unassembled. I unpacked everything and found the instructions. Withing about an hour it was fully assembled! The directions were very easy to follow and all the pieces went together very easily. Included in the parts kit was even a wrench to tighten the bolts. I used a small ratchet and socket and made the job a lot faster! After getting everything together we "test drove" it and was very pleased to find that everything was very sturdy and comfortable. We think this is a quality set that comes complete with nice plush cushions and also the throw pillows. The table that is included had a nice thick plate of safety glass as the top with a shelf underneath.
