    This grill is a great value for the money. March 25, 2011

    My wife surprised me with this grill last week. Our old one had run its course. I was less than enthusiastic after checking prices and features for a new one. She brought it home and thankfully it was assembled! After reading the reviews here, it seems it was worth the extra money.

    For the price, this grill is hard to beat. I appreciate the light metal construction, as we move our grill frequently. It heats quickly and cooks very well. The timer is something my last grill lacked, so it is an added bonus.

    Good Grill for the money. March 09, 2011

    The grill functions well for the price. The installation instructions could be written better. My problem was that the "rack" which supports the grill was damaged by the sears warehouse. I did notice a tear into the box, but didn't question it at the time. Took the grill home, midway through the installation I saw that there was damage to the grill. I contacted Sears service to let them know the situation, they responded and asked me to conctact them by phone to resolve the matter. While waiting for their initial response, I took matters into my own hands, used a vice grip and some leverage and bent the metal back so I could fit the grill onto the rack. Luckily the damage was at the back side of the grill, so not really visible. I never did follow up with Sears, just didn't want to deal with the whole issue. I am curious what they would have done though...probably would have replaced it but I would of had to disassemble the unit and return it for a new one. Too much of a pain. I don't hold any ill will towards Sears, I understand these things happen, it just sucked for me. Otherwise, good grill.

    My old gas grill finally died. So I went to Sears and bought this one. I had some trying moments putting it together, but It all come out ok. You only have to put it together once. It works great!!!!, Heated very evenly, plus it has alot of btu value.

    I've had the grill about a month and use it at least 3 days a week. my favorite part of this grill is that it starts so easily unlike my privious grill. it was very easy to put together. it moves around easily to keep the wind from the side burner! great for a big family and parties i've had 30 burgers and four pieces of chicken on it with some room to spare! i totally love this grill!!!!

    I have been looking at grills for about six months and finally decided on the Kenmore. I bought it about thee weeks ago and have only used it a few times because of a recent trip to florida. Could not be happier with the results. i would buy another one for my parents if they needed one.The only reason I did not rate it a 5 all the way around was because i wasnt impressed with the back burner
