Universal  9 cu. ft. Steel Dump Cart

We purchased this cart because of the removable tailgate and the listed 350 lb. capacity. We discovered bent parts during our assembly process. Rather than make another round trip to Sears, we straightened out the sheet metal and completed assembly of the cart. We carefully picked the cart up to move it down two steps from a deck to our lawn and one side of the cart buckled. This cart is made of extremely thin sheet metal and we do not believe it will hold up to any kind of serious use, much less hauling a 350 lb. load. We contacted Sears and were told that, unless we completely disassembled the cart, we would be charged a 15% restocking fee. We are very unhappy with this product. We are even more unhappy with the position Sears has taken about returns of brand new products that are defective and of very low quality. This product deserves a zero star review, if that were possible.

Exactly what I needed for my 3/4 acre property to pick up branches, cones, etc. and for carrying sacks of grain and seeds.

good size. easy to handle due to size. carries all that I need it to carry.

I like my cart & it was simple to put together. But a person needs to be careful, you can overload it.

The unit is well constructed and easy to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes to put the whole thing together. Wheels have nylon bushings, but again it is for LIGHT duty. I've had the thing for about 3 weeks and have hauled about 10 loads of dirts with it. Do not over fill, just make a second load. The dump feature works good and the tail gate pulls off easy, but stays on. My only complaint is the tongue length could be longer. I have to remove my bagger to use the cart.

I bought for a great price when I found it on sale. I been looking for a cart for sometime and I could not resist the price. I put it togeter which was relativaly simple just bolts together. I had some dirt to move and on the third load hit a bump in the yard and got stuck. that when I noticed the axel had bent and the supports and the bed of the cart had folded and smashed onto the tire, it was useless at this point, I returned it and was told by the manager that they would not sell me another, Which I said that is fine I dont want another just my money back. Save your self a better part of a afternoon assembeling and aggrevation with it being totaled in one day. Save your money and buy something better,

Recently we purchased the Craftsman 42" tight turn hydro yard tractor, and figured we'd get a small dump cart as well. We decided on the 9 cubic cart given the fact we'd be using it for very light chores...picking up yard debris and such. Upon getting it home and removing it from the box a great deal of damage was noticed. The top rail of one side was completely bent up and the opposite side in the area where the tailgate goes was completely caved in. Since it was relatively inexpensive I decided to assemble it anyway and see what I could do. It went together very easily with just myself working on it, and when finished the damage to the lower area really didn't hamper the operation and I was able to bend the top rail back sufficiently to make it look ok. I gave it an average rating because of the simple assembly and it seems to do the job now that it's built. But my overall recommendation would be, spend the money and get something better. Remember you "get what you pay for"!

I bought this because it was a great pice and when I put it together it seemed like it would be a good quality. I was wrong. While using this to move some dirt, in one motion, it got stuck and the axel bent rendering it unusable. I will be returning right away. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for something better.
