Upgrading from push-spreader
Have you ever spread pulverized limestone? It is an interminable task that I am glad I don't have to do anymore walking behind the spreader! The equipment seems durable, but I have to disclose that I used it only once. It spread limestone evenly. I had no concerns to speak of so far.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Agra-Fab Drop spreader is great. Accurate and easy to use.
The Agr-Fab spreader is a great Sears product. Much better than the rotary spreader I previously purchaed from Sears. This machine does not plug up like the rotery and I plan on using it for spreading grass seeds, which I would not attempt to do with the rotary. A little more expensive, and a little more storage area is needed, but I think it is well worth it. And if your pulling it behind a tractor or mower, what difference does it matter if it takes a few more minutes to complete the job if you know it is done right?

It is a good quality product for the price.
Very easy to assemble. Couple of washers where missing but I had some on hand. First use was 60 pounds of fertilizer and and 80 pounds of lime. Handled it with no problem. Spread settings are very accurate. Well constructed. Heavy built hopper and stainless steel spreader. Wheels rolled easy with no drag. Very stable with hopper full. I would recommend this product.
