    This Craftsman Mower is definitely a great bargain. October 07, 2010

    When it came time to buy a new lawnmower, we knew we wanted a Craftsman because we know it's a top of the line brand.  We bought this mower and it has been a great purchase.  It does exactly as it's supposed to do and is easy to operate.  I would highly recommend this mower to anyone looking for one.

    Nice Mower, however it does come with a few issues June 29, 2010

    Mixed filling regarding this mower. It cuts great and mulches well too. However it has a few issues. The first start was a difficult one even with priming it took a quite few tries to make it work. Can not removed the mulch door; This cover supposed to come up easily so you can attach the deflector and I did unlock the door. i ended up clipping and having the door press against the deflector, just to be pick up and reattached several times during cutting. After I finished cutting I check the belt and feels awfully loose and already worm. Two hours after wow! Not sure if it is a keeper.

    Cons:
    Extremely Unreliable,hard to push without propel engaged,back flap gets stuck everywhere

    Not the lowest torque available, not the highest either.  Would recommend a rear wheel self propelled model (on hills or no hills, using bag or no bag) they usually have higher torque anyways.  If you're used to pushing UP on the handles because you've had a front wheel self propelled model and you don't like the rear wheel because you're used to doing that, then QUIT doing that! Let the mower do the work. Purchased this mower because it was a reconditioned model and around 80% off.

    Starts easily so far,Very good mulcher,good price

    Having used only electric mowers, this one is very good for me. No electric cord to run-over! I am afraid to push heavy machine...but this one is front propelled...so, no problem for me.

    The lawnmower Starts good each time I have used it so far. Bag is easy to detach and put back on.It mulches pretty good my yard looks nice. It does ok in mowing in tight areas. At the price I got It, It was well worth my money. So far it is reliable. Hopefully it stays that way based on all the reviews i have read.
