    Steele Self-Propelled Cordless Electric Lawnmower is great! July 16, 2010

    I have owned this mower for two months, and I love it.  After years of gasoline, oil, and a sore shoulder from trying to start a mower, this is so easy.  Just squeeze the handles and your off.  Make no mistake though, this is a heavy mower.  But, the self-propelled feature works well and the battery is removable and almost half the weight.  If you have a large hilly yard with very thick grass, this is may not be the mower for you.  My yard is average size and relatively flat, and I can mow at least twice before recharging.  Another plus is that the Sears Service Center will maintain it, or so I am told by Sears.  If it keeps working as it has so far, I will probably never use anything else.

    This mower and Sears Customer service sucks April 06, 2012

    Received this item as a gift spring 2011. Used it 1 summer. This year used once and now self propel does not work. Third party warranty not being honored and sears repair says they dont work on this model so they cant help. My sister-in-law spent $450+ on a piece of crap from Sears. Dont buy any high end products from them. If there is a problem, you will only be disappointed and S.O.L.

    Cons:
    Plastic parts delicate,Bagging System Too Small

    Within five minutes of mowing, I broke the front wheel cover running into the brick edge of flower area. The catcher is way to small and I gave up using it after emptying it 4 times in 15 minutes.

    Super easy to start. Battery life is long and had ample power left after mowing complete. Power drive made mowing a breeze. Non-gas engine very environmentally friendly.
