Arrow  Shed Floor Frame Kit - Size: 10' x 11' , 10' x 12' , 10' x 13' or 10' x 14'

This item did not stand up to Sandy at all... No matter what my husband did to try to protect it the wind torn it to shreds. Then a nor'easter followed and that finished it off completely. It became a pile of metal.

Aluminun structure is not very sturdy.

The floor frame kit it pretty much a necessity when putting up the shed. My only complaint is that we had to add self-tapping screws (not included) at the junctions to keep the pieces from disconnecting. Yes, we had the frame 100% square at the corners, but the pieces of the floor frame kit only connect via tabs and slots. Including adding our own self-tapping screws, the kit took about 30-45 minutes to figure out and construct.

yes, its hard, yes its lots of doing, takes time to get it together and straight and making it work, but once you get it done, its awesome. i covered mine with plywood and then carpet pieces and its awesome. yeah its cheap, but it does the job its intended for.

All sheds should come with the base.

Read "all" the instructions before you start.

The instructions should include that it would be easier to put together properly and cut the wood better if the Shed base were constructed first. It is difficult to see how things fit to the shed when there is nothing telling or showing you how the end product actually fits into the Shed Base. The wood cuts were off when the actual assembly was matched to the Shed base even when square. This caused time loss and wood had to be unscrewed from the floor base and readjusted to better match the Shed base once the Shed base and it's instructions were removed from the shed box and assembled. If I recommed this product it would be with the instrucxtion to build the Shed Base first.

Do not buy this floor kit.  It's a waste of money and time.  Go buy some lumber and build your own floor.  I wasted a lot of time and money putting this kit together and it didn't fit a 10x11.  I decided to just start fresh and build a floor using wood.  Cost a little more but took less time and hassle putting the wod floor together.

I just purchased this floor kit for a 10x12 shed. After assembly and plywood deck were installed as per Arrow's measurements we laid out the frame for the shed. There is no way possible that the shed can fit on the floor or the shed go around the outside of the floor. The measurements they provided for the 10x12 shed are 4 inches too short lengthwise and 2 inches too short widthwise. It is impossible to ancor the shed to the floor and still have a viable structure. Solution, I now have to purchase more materials (two 2x12's and one 2x10) to complete the job because Arrow's engineers could not figure out the exterior dimensions of their own sheds and build floor kit specs accordingly. It would have cost less to purchase lumber and assemble it myself correctly the first time and it would have been more stable.

Buy Lumber and build your own. It will cost less and actually work.
