    Directions say allow 4-5 hours for 2 people to assemble. I did it myself with some occasional help with my wife in 8+ hours. Directions are a little vague. You really need to pay close attention to the little pictures as the words don't tell the whole story. A cordless screw gun will tend to strip holes. Do it by hand (it will take longer but will be more sturdy in the long run). Some painted parts came out of the box scratched up. Called customer service and they are sending me touch up paint (customer service was very receptive and attentive). Plan it as a weekend project and dont rush! Good Luck!
